Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our London headquarters and help maintain, improve, and scale our hybrid infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers and technical leadership to keep production systems reliable, secure, and performant as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise hybrid cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Design, implement and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker workloads in production.
• Implement networking solutions including VPCs and VPNs.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible or similar IaC tools.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and improve observability.
• Document infrastructure changes and ensure repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS and production‑grade Kubernetes/Docker.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with networking concepts such as VPCs and VPNs.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or Go.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
