Mid-Level Front-End JavaScript/React Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level Front‑End Developer to join our digital insurance team. You will build and maintain modern, scalable web applications using JavaScript and React.js, working closely with designers, backend engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and modify front‑end software to agreed standards, applying best practices and tooling.
• Write, execute and document tests, ensuring high test coverage (including GUNIT) and robust code.
• Participate in daily scrum activities, deliver on user‑story commitments and collaborate within an agile team.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the Development Community of Practice.
• Complete mandatory training and uphold customer‑first and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working in agile teams on enterprise‑level applications.
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers and product owners.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
