Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

About the role

ORCHA is seeking a Mid‑Level Full Stack Developer to join its engineering team. You will own features from concept to delivery, work across both front‑end and back‑end layers, and help shape the way the company builds software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end features across the full stack with minimal supervision.
• Lead medium‑sized work streams from scoping through release.
• Diagnose and fix complex bugs, improving performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Review peer code and provide constructive feedback.
• Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate development, debugging and routine tasks.
• Identify and drive improvements to internal processes and tooling.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong full‑stack experience with ownership of features.
• Comfortable adopting new tools, especially AI‑based development aids.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code.
