Mid-Level Low-Code Developer

About the role

Our clients are seeking a Mid‑Level Low‑Code Developer to join their teams and create smart, scalable business solutions. You will work with modern low‑code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Airtable and Power BI to turn real business problems into practical applications, dashboards and automations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain applications, workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Airtable.
• Develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modelling and DAX calculations.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into well‑built low‑code solutions.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools and “vibe coding” techniques to accelerate development and rapid prototyping.
• Write light pro‑code in JavaScript or Python to extend low‑code platforms, create custom scripts or integrate third‑party APIs.
• Identify and implement process‑automation opportunities across internal and client workflows.
• Test, document and maintain solutions to ensure reliability, security and smooth hand‑over.
• Collaborate with the wider development team, share insights and stay up‑to‑date with low‑code and AI best practices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in low‑code development, business systems or automation.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or Airtable; experience with both is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards in Power BI with core data‑modelling skills.
• Strong interest in AI tools, automation and emerging “vibe coding” techniques.
• Logical, detail‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and good stakeholder communication skills.
