Join a leading creative agency dedicated to crafting unforgettable brand experiences and immersive events. We are looking for a highly skilled Mid-Senior Producer to bridge the gap between visionary creative concepts and flawless physical execution.

Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from initial briefing through to final delivery.
• Oversee the entire creative production process, ensuring brand vision is translated into high-impact experiential activations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal creative teams and external production partners to ensure project cohesion.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, including vendor sourcing, procurement, and on-site installation/strike.
• Take full ownership of project budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining strict profitability and cost control.
• Lead on-site teams and manage real-time troubleshooting during live events.
• Report directly to senior management on project status, timelines, and financial performance.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in creative event production, specifically within the experiential and brand activation sector.
• Strong technical understanding of scenography, set construction, AV (audiovisual), and immersive technologies.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for creative content and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
