Mid-weight B2B Designer – London (Hybrid)

About the role

MOI is looking for a mid‑weight B2B Designer to join its London team on a hybrid basis. You will help create human‑focused visual work that cuts through the noise in enterprise software, cloud, and cybersecurity markets. The role blends strategic thinking, audience insight and creative execution across a variety of brand and campaign touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign themes, digital and social content, landing pages, websites, email and nurture programmes.
• Produce reports, eBooks, thought‑leadership assets and event experiences including exhibition stands.
• Develop presentation and pitch materials for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists and client teams to shape visual solutions.
• Create visual territories, moodboards and design worlds that keep campaign themes consistent with audience needs.
• Maintain brand consistency while challenging conventions and pushing design thinking.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality delivery against deadlines.
• Present and articulate design decisions confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies and AI tools, applying them responsibly to improve speed and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Mid‑weight designer with proven experience in B2B marketing or agency environments.
• Strong visual storytelling ability that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Comfortable working on bold campaign themes as well as detailed digital experiences.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle several projects at once.
• Positive attitude toward AI‑enhanced design workflows.
