Mid-weight Creative Artworker – 6 month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑weight Creative Artworker to join a dynamic agency specialising in beauty, fragrance and wellness. The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, working 3‑4 days a week on a hybrid basis from Richmond/Teddington.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce packaging artwork and, when needed, online banners.
• Develop concepts and deliver brand identities, product and packaging designs.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to print‑ready files.
• Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Support the wider design team and agency as required.

Required profile

• Motivated junior to mid‑weight designer with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of the beauty and fragrance sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Figma and Illustrator.
• Strong hands‑on Mac skills and knowledge of artwork preparation and print/production processes.
