Mid-weight .NET & Optimizely Web Developer

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning digital technology leader, is expanding its development team and is looking for a Mid‑weight Web Developer with strong .NET and Optimizely experience. The role will be based in Bristol with a hybrid working model, allowing 1‑2 days a week onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CMS‑driven websites using Optimizely.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance web solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience with Optimizely CMS or a strong motivation to work with it daily.
• Solid .NET development background, preferably with CMS‑led projects.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and desire to progress toward senior roles.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
