Middle Hardware & Network Engineer

About the role

TradingView is looking for a Mid‑level Hardware & Network Engineer to support the health, performance and scaling of its global data‑center infrastructure. You will work across multiple sites, handling both on‑site and remote tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform upgrades, repairs and maintenance on server equipment in data centres, both remotely via “remote hands” and on‑site trips.
• Manage procurement, logistics and spare‑part inventory for servers and network gear worldwide.
• Act as primary contact for colocation facilities and network service providers.
• Maintain hardware discovery, inventory and configuration data in DCIM/CMDB systems.
• Ensure security compliance for all hardware and data‑centre operations.
• Deploy firmware updates, plan capacity and monitor power consumption.
• Implement Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) services and automate configuration tasks.
• Write and maintain scripts for equipment configuration and inventory automation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with server hardware and data‑centre environments.
• Practical use of DCIM/CMDB tools.
• Solid networking knowledge equivalent to CCNA level.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Technical English for documentation and vendor communication.

Required skills

• Server hardware (Dell preferred) and Dell OpenManage Enterprise.
• Networking technologies (including FC and block storage).
• Automation tools: Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker.
• DCIM/CMDB systems.
• Linux server environments.
• Bash and Python scripting.
