Mid/Senior React Native Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑level or Senior React Native developer to join a cross‑functional team building brand‑new, customer‑facing mobile applications from scratch in Liverpool City Centre. The role sits in a modern, cloud‑first engineering environment and works closely with product and design to create high‑quality user experiences that impact thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop greenfield mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development, DevOps practices, and observability tools to ensure reliability.
• Maintain performance, quality and scalable architecture across the mobile stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience building mobile apps with React Native.
• Solid proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams alongside product and design.
• Understanding of cloud‑first environments and testing tools.
• Focus on performance, quality and scalable mobile architecture.
