Midweight Designer – Branding & Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Midweight Designer with strong branding and communications experience to join a respected creative studio in London. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to shape brand identities, campaigns, and visual systems for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand identity and communications concepts from insight through to execution.
• Create visual solutions across digital, print, and campaign channels.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and client teams to bring ideas to life.
• Support the development of creative concepts and brand worlds.
• Present ideas and design rationale internally and to clients.
• Contribute to campaign development and brand activation projects.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate.
• Explore new creative approaches and design trends.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a branding, design, or creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and communications work.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating work across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach and positive team attitude.
