Midweight Designer

About the role

Join Sainsbury’s Zest in‑house creative agency as a Midweight Designer, working on high‑impact projects for well‑known brands such as Argos, Habitat, Sainsbury’s and Tu. You will help shape innovative, insight‑driven concepts that connect with customers across both physical and digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design briefs from ideation through to execution across multiple channels, including in‑store POS and digital assets.
• Ensure creative concepts align with customer insights, brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high‑quality creative solutions.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while staying current with design trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines.
