Midweight Designer

About the role

Emperor is looking for a Midweight Designer to join its creative team. You will work on a variety of B2B client projects, turning briefs into compelling visual solutions across print and digital channels while collaborating with account managers and other creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in creating, rolling out and implementing visuals and artwork.
• Work across a range of materials in both print and digital formats.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs.
• Interpret brand and visual identity systems and translate them into high‑quality executions.
• Extend concepts across multiple channels, including film, moving image, animation and copy.
• Learn and follow studio systems and processes, maintaining disciplined file and version management.

Required profile

• Curious about the world and passionate about design.
• Eager to push creativity and support the team.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Self‑starter mentality with initiative to explore different solutions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on unfamiliar tasks.
