Midweight Designer – Remote

About the role

Havas Lynx is seeking a Midweight Designer to join its creative team on a remote basis. You will help raise the visual quality of healthcare advertising campaigns, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every piece of work meets client expectations and improves patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply a strong understanding of client business objectives and target audiences to deliver effective design solutions.
• Produce high‑quality creative across digital, print and UX projects, consistently exceeding briefs.
• Maintain advanced proficiency in core design tools and share knowledge with the wider team.
• Ensure exceptional quality control, accuracy, craft and impact while meeting deadlines.
• Take ownership of time management and commercial awareness for personal output and junior team members.
• Translate concepts into polished final outputs, supporting senior designers with photography, typography, iconography and tone of voice.
• Manage design delivery proactively and coordinate with external partners such as photographers and illustrators.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in a design role within an agency or similar environment.
• Strong visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Commercial awareness and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
