Midweight Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Midweight Graphic Designer to join the in‑house creative team of a fast‑growing premium sportswear brand. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will focus on producing high‑quality digital creative for eCommerce, CRM, web and marketing channels. The role offers the chance to shape the visual output of a recognisable consumer brand while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives across digital and paid media.
• Create eCommerce visuals including homepage banners, landing pages, promotional graphics and product launch materials.
• Produce web graphics, email marketing templates, CRM assets and social‑media creatives.
• Support the evolution of the brand’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop artwork for both digital and print production while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of digital design work, particularly within fashion, sportswear or retail.
• Excellent creative instincts and a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of modern sportswear brand trends and retail design.
• Ability to generate original concepts without over‑reliance on AI‑generated assets.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work at a high volume.
