Midweight Graphic Designer (Liverpool)

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a commercially minded Midweight Graphic Designer within a fast‑growing premium sportswear brand. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will work in an established in‑house creative team delivering high‑quality digital assets across eCommerce, CRM, web and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Produce digital assets for websites, email marketing, CRM, social media and paid advertising.
• Create eCommerce visuals such as homepage banners, landing pages and promotional graphics.
• Develop web graphics, mailers and other digital marketing collateral.
• Support the evolution of the brand’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with photography, videography, brand and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and organised asset files.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of commercial graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, sportswear or retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, campaign creative and branding work.
• Excellent creative instincts, attention to detail and a genuine understanding of the sportswear market.
• Ability to generate original concepts without over‑reliance on AI tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital design for web, email and social media.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity development.
