Midweight Graphic & Packaging Designer (Gifting)

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised, design‑led lifestyle brand to find a Midweight Graphic & Packaging Designer for its gifting range. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will join a busy, collaborative creative team delivering product ranges for major retail partners across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate briefs into commercially viable design concepts for graphics, packaging and supporting materials.
• Create detailed packaging artwork, including layout, cutter guides and print specifications, ensuring files are production‑ready.
• Apply trend insight, competitor analysis and retail knowledge to keep designs relevant and differentiated.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce visual materials for presentations, pitches and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a midweight design role within consumer products or a related sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging‑focused work and commercial design thinking.
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for print and production.
• Good understanding of retail environments and customer‑led design.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
