Midweight Photographer

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing performance‑apparel brand, is expanding its in‑house creative studio and is looking for a Midweight Photographer. Working full‑time on‑site in Liverpool, you will create premium photography that supports eCommerce, campaign and social content, with roughly 60 % of your time dedicated to product shots for the online store.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality photography for eCommerce, campaign and brand marketing projects.
• Deliver premium on‑model and product imagery across apparel and accessories.
• Create engaging visual content for website, paid social, organic social and wider marketing channels.
• Collaborate with photographers, creatives, stylists, videographers and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage all aspects of studio and location photography, including lighting, composition and camera settings.
• Retouch, colour‑grade and prepare images to a commercial standard.
• Maintain visual consistency, ensuring brand guidelines and creative standards are met.
• Organise photography equipment, studio space and digital asset libraries.
• Support shoot planning, production logistics and location preparation as required.
• Stay up‑to‑date with photography trends, techniques and visual culture to continuously improve output.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of commercial photography experience.
• Strong creative eye combined with solid technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Passion for raising creative standards and delivering brand‑aligned imagery.
