About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Midweight Social Content Creator to join our Creative division in London. The role focuses on conceiving, scripting, filming and producing original, social‑first content that captures attention and drives conversation across TikTok, Instagram, Meta and emerging platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute culturally resonant social‑first content strategies for always‑on and campaign initiatives.
- Concept, script, film and produce short‑form videos and assets tailored to each platform.
- Present creative ideas and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Rapidly edit and optimise team‑generated content for quick deployment, ensuring platform best practices and brand consistency.
- Reformat graphics, captions and other assets to meet specific channel requirements.
- Identify opportunities for creator‑led storytelling and influencer collaborations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, algorithm changes and cultural moments, advising the wider team accordingly.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in social media, content creation or editing.
- Strong understanding of platform nuances for TikTok, Instagram, Meta and emerging channels.
- Ability to work quickly and adapt content for fast‑moving social environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- On‑camera presence is a plus but not mandatory.
