MIG Welder – Early Friday Finish, £14.50‑£15.50 PH

About the role

This is a stable Monday‑to‑Friday position offering an early finish every Friday, ideal for a MIG Welder with structural steel experience. You will join a growing fabrication company that produces high‑quality steel components for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication of RSJs, beams, columns and bespoke steel components.
• Read and follow engineering drawings and welding procedures.
• Cut, fit, assemble, grind and finish structural steel workpieces.
• Ensure all output meets required quality and safety standards.
• Work from a modern workshop environment with overtime opportunities.

Required profile

• Experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator with a background in structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Reliable, punctual and commutable to Dudley.
• Looking for long‑term job security and a balanced work schedule.
