MIG Welder

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a friendly production team on the outskirts of Ashford. This is a full‑time, permanent position working 8:00 am‑5:30 pm with overtime available.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding in production and bench environments.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
• Manufacture high‑quality products to consistent standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Support other areas of the manufacturing department when required.
• Collaborate effectively within a stable, experienced team.

Required profile

• Proven MIG production welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, dependable approach with willingness to work overtime.
• Own transport required due to rural site location.
