MINI Sales Expert – Automotive Sales Role

About the role

Join Hedin Automotive as a MINI Sales Expert and help customers find their perfect MINI while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You will represent one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles.
• Assess customer needs, configure vehicles and present financing and trade‑in options.
• Process sales contracts, vehicle orders and financing details accurately and on time.
• Deliver a thorough handover, including a video walkthrough before collection.

Required profile

• Previous automotive sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational and diary‑management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while following processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MINI model range and electric vehicle specifications.
• Understanding of vehicle financing and trade‑in valuation processes.
