Minibus Driver – Part‑time, Marlborough

About the role

Join Avery Healthcare’s award‑winning team at Merlin Court Care Home in Marlborough as a part‑time Minibus Driver. You will provide safe, reliable transport for staff to and from activities, supporting the daily operations of a residential care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a minibus on scheduled shifts (7‑9 am and 7‑9 pm) to transport team members.
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as handling packages or opening doors.
• Maintain focus on safe driving while coordinating onboard support staff.
• Perform occasional pickup and delivery tasks as required.

Required profile

• Hold a PCV licence with Category D1 and a clean driving record.
• Be able to attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Commit to the values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability.

Required skills

• Valid PCV licence (Cat D1).
• Understanding of safety and emergency protocols.
