Mixed Tax Senior

About the role

We are seeking a Mixed Tax Senior to join a boutique accountancy firm serving premium SME clients. The role combines corporate and personal tax advisory work, offering a varied client portfolio and the chance to develop strategic tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and provide input on corporation tax returns for larger, complex clients.
• Review personal tax returns for clients with intricate affairs.
• Respond to ad‑hoc client tax queries.
• Assist with strategic tax advice such as group restructurings and statutory/non‑statutory business clearances.
• Collaborate with owner‑managers to deliver practical tax solutions.

Required profile

• Full ACCA, ACA or ATT qualification with a desire to pursue CTA.
• Proven experience advising corporate tax clients; personal tax experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tax issues clearly.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum (flexible).
• 25 days annual leave plus PMI.
