Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

About the role

Our client, a medium‑sized national FM company, is seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service a portfolio of commercial properties across Basingstoke and surrounding areas. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with overtime and call‑out duties as required.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service commercial air‑conditioning and refrigeration units, including VRV/VRF, split and multi‑split systems.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and routine servicing on sites in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and London.
• Handle air‑handling units, chillers and related plant equipment.
• Complete all service paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Air‑conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Proven experience with VRV/VRF, chillers and air‑handling units in commercial settings.
• F‑Gas 2079/2089 certification.
• Background in building services or facilities management.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
