Mobile Application Engineer (React Native)

About the role

We are a venture‑backed startup building AI‑powered software that replaces paperwork and spreadsheets with modern mobile applications for industrial and operational teams. As a Mobile Application Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, work directly with customers, and ship production‑grade apps used in the field every day.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production‑grade iOS and Android applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Own features from customer discovery and product design through deployment.
• Create offline‑first experiences with reliable syncing and data persistence.
• Integrate native capabilities such as camera, sensors, and location as needed.
• Build AI‑powered workflows and intelligent user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play.
• Excellent TypeScript proficiency and solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate directly with customers, and solve ambiguous problems.
• Experience with offline‑capable apps and synchronization workflows.
