About the role
We are looking for a reliable Mobile Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at a busy Royal Mail site in Preston. The role involves cleaning various operational areas and ensuring a safe, tidy environment for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Clean sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets and office spaces.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in high‑traffic environments.
- Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Complete routine cleaning checklists and report any site needs.
- Work independently or as part of a cleaning team across large areas.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliability and good time‑keeping.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
- Valid driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Required skills
What we offer
- Full‑time hours: 07:00‑14:00, Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate: £13.10 per hour.
- Fixed‑term assignment lasting 4‑6 weeks.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
