About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to maintain the communal areas of residential properties across the Chesterfield area. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, delivering a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Key responsibilities

Empty and clear rubbish from lobbies, stairwells and landings.
Replace any failed light bulbs.
Report maintenance issues to the head office.
Mop, dust and vacuum communal spaces.
Maintain cleanliness of shared areas such as lobbies, stairwells and landings.

Required profile

Full, valid UK driving licence.
Good organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong sense of time‑keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
