Mobile Cleaning Operative – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team in Leeds. You will travel across West and North Yorkshire, delivering high‑standard cleaning services to commercial sites, student accommodation, and tenancy turnovers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Execute deep‑clean projects for student halls, communal areas and end‑of‑tenancy jobs.
• Sanitise washrooms, restock supplies and empty waste bins.
• Maintain spotless communal spaces including hallways, lobbies and break rooms.
• Follow established health & safety procedures and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Age 25 or over (vehicle insurance requirement).
• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial cleaning.
• Based in Leeds or surrounding area.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and health & safety standards.
