Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – West Midlands

About the role

Genie Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to deliver high‑quality cleaning across the West Midlands. Based in Aldridge, you will travel to a variety of sites each day, performing hands‑on cleaning while overseeing small teams and covering staff absences.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties in schools, offices, commercial premises and other client sites.
• Travel between multiple locations, ensuring a professional and consistent service.
• Maintain high cleaning standards and promptly address any issues identified on site.
• Communicate site performance, staffing needs and any concerns to management.
• Supervise and motivate cleaning teams, providing guidance and support as required.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a supervisory or team‑leader capacity.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on cleaning tasks alongside supervisory duties.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Reliability, flexibility and ability to cover short‑notice absences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
