Mobile Cleaning Technician (Mobile Floor Cleaner)

About the role

Join PHS Interclean as a Mobile Cleaning Technician, delivering high‑quality carpet and hard‑floor cleaning across the South East and beyond. You’ll travel to client sites, working independently or within a team, with food and accommodation provided when away from home.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rotary buffers, scrubbers, extraction equipment and sprayers to provide exceptional cleaning services.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet customer expectations.
• Follow established work processes and job specifications to ensure high‑quality results.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Residency in postcode areas MK, HP, NN, LU or SG.
• Minimum age 21 and a full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, 40 hours over 5 days.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to read and follow written instructions.

Required skills

• Operation of rotary buffers, floor scrubbers, extraction machines and sprayers.
