Mobile Contract Supervisor

About the role

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Mobile Contract Supervisor to join its Facilities Management team in Salford. Working 40 hours per week, you will be responsible for overseeing building and site maintenance, ensuring both planned and reactive tasks are delivered to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site sub‑contractors, guaranteeing safe working practices and quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their representatives and internal site teams.
• Assist in negotiating and placing contract orders in a cost‑effective manner.
• Monitor service delivery, risk management processes, and produce risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintain the on‑site Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) system and conduct quality audits.
• Implement health & safety, quality assurance and environmental policies.
• Source essential spares and ensure timely completion of planned and reactive tasks.
• Support minor works projects, including general plumbing, statutory inspections and electrical testing.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organisational and presentation skills.
• Proven experience as a technician in a busy service environment.
• Relevant electrical qualifications, ideally to HNC level.
