Mobile Crane Operator – CPCS/NPORS Certified

About the role

Towercraft UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join its field‑based team delivering robotic façade cleaning and exterior maintenance projects across the UK. The role involves safe set‑up, operation and dismantling of mobile cranes on live construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently on site.
• Carry out daily pre‑use checks and routine crane inspections.
• Set up cranes, including outriggers, ground assessment and exclusion zones.
• Follow lift plans, RAMS and method statements.
• Communicate clearly with banksman, slinger or signaller.
• Maintain lifting records and site documentation.
• Liaise with site management and facilities‑management teams.
• Report defects, incidents or unsafe conditions immediately.

Required profile

• Valid CPCS A60 or NPORS N101 certification (with CSCS).
• Mobile Crane Operator card.
• Full UK driving licence (Category C).
• Proven experience operating mobile cranes, preferably Bocker AK37 or similar.
