Mobile Electrical Engineer

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well‑established engineering team. Working across multiple commercial sites, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and building services equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and perform fault‑finding activities.
• Complete electrical compliance checks and associated paperwork.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Support wider mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance activities across client sites.
• Uphold high standards of health and safety compliance.
• Build strong working relationships with site teams and clients.

Required profile

• Electrically‑biased M&E background.
• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven experience completing PPMs, reactive maintenance and compliance paperwork.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
