Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Banbury

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable construction and property services firm in Banbury. You will travel between commercial sites, delivering reliable electrical maintenance and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical equipment and installations.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, providing reactive maintenance and fault repair.
• Perform minor installation tasks, including power supply, lighting and distribution projects.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, documenting all work performed.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to management.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Installation.
• AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) certification.
• Current knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Valid UK driver’s licence for site travel.
