Mobile Flooring Cleaner – £27,403 per year

About the role

Join PHS Interclean as a Mobile Flooring Cleaner, travelling across the UK to provide high‑quality carpet and hard‑floor cleaning for commercial customers. You will work independently or within a team, often outside normal office hours, with food and accommodation provided when away from home.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rotary buffers, scrubbers, extraction equipment and sprayers to clean carpets and hard floors.
• Follow established work processes and job specifications to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including safe lifting and equipment handling.

Required profile

• Reside in postcode areas MK, HP, NN, LU or SG.
• Minimum age 21 and hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends, totalling 40 hours over 5 days.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and complete documentation accurately.
