Mobile Handyperson – Field Maintenance for Sports Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Handyperson to join a leading supplier of high‑end gym and sports equipment. You will travel across the South East, servicing educational and commercial sites, performing maintenance, testing and safety inspections on a variety of sporting equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer sites Monday‑Friday to carry out maintenance, testing and inspection of equipment.
• Produce accurate quotations, reports and safety documentation.
• Use hand tools and basic electrical skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain a company van, fuel card and adhere to health & safety standards.

Required profile

• General trades experience with a willingness to travel within the designated patch.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• Commutes from Watford or surrounding areas such as Slough, Runnymede, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, West London or Woking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Report writing and documentation skills.
