Mobile LCV Automotive Technician / Mechanic – Glasgow

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Mobile Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join its Flex‑E‑Rent team in Glasgow. The role involves travelling to customer sites and workshops to keep a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of LCV and HGV vehicles.
• Perform routine servicing, fault finding and repairs on brands such as Mercedes, Iveco and Ford.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a friendly, skilled team and provide on‑site support as required.
• Flexibly work from the mobile unit and, when needed, from the workshop.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance.
• Proven experience working with HGVs or LCVs.
• Full UK/Ireland/EU manual driving licence.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude towards vehicle maintenance.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics and fault‑finding.
• Routine maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles.
• MOT preparation and safety compliance.
