Mobile Relief Chef Manager – Senior Living

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Mobile Relief Chef Manager to join our senior‑living kitchen teams across Bournemouth, Andover and Enfield. You will lead the preparation of nutritious, high‑quality meals for our residents while ensuring a supportive, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and oversee the production of all meals to the highest culinary standards.
• Lead, motivate and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock, orders and budgets efficiently.
• Innovate menus that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure high standards of presentation and portion control.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef, Chef Manager or Head Chef, preferably in care, hospitality or senior living.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences.
• Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns (5‑day and 4‑day weeks, 7 am‑6 pm).
