Mobile Software Engineer – ClimateTech

About the role

Cauli is building an IoT‑ and AI‑driven platform to replace single‑use packaging with reusable solutions. As a Mobile Software Engineer you will help create the mobile experience that makes reuse as easy as throwing away, working on both consumer‑facing and client‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications, including a Kotlin‑based point‑of‑sale client app.
• Lead the migration of separate iOS and Android apps into a unified Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) codebase.
• Build a lightweight web app that integrates with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for container tracking.
• Contribute to backend services written in PHP/Laravel when needed.
• Provide occasional support for smart‑bin hardware software running on Linux SBCs with Python.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional mobile engineering experience with shipped products.
• Strong Android background or hands‑on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Passion for clean, production‑quality code and mission‑driven work.
• Comfortable working across Android and iOS targets, even without deep Swift expertise.
