Modernisation Sales Manager

About the role

Orona Limited is seeking a Modernisation Sales Manager to lead service‑sales activities across the Glasgow region. You will be responsible for driving warranty, repair, and new modernisation contracts while nurturing strong client relationships and supporting the Service Sales Team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warranty and new contract sales to meet annual targets.
• Coordinate repair offers and follow‑up activities for the sales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales data and ensure consistent forecasting processes.
• Develop deep knowledge of Orona’s regional product portfolio.
• Identify training and support needs for the sales team.

Required profile

• Clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Right to work in the UK (mandatory).
• Proven sales experience within the lift industry, preferably in service or modernisation sales.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
