About the role
The Molecule Steward (MSAT) will take end‑to‑end technical accountability for a product across its lifecycle, from bulk API manufacturing through formulation, packing and support activities. This senior scientific position provides strategic technical leadership to ensure successful new product introduction, quality robustness and productivity improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single‑point technical decision maker for MSAT, representing the team in CMC Matrix and Medicine Supply Chain discussions.
- Define and maintain the product control strategy to meet manufacturability and quality criteria.
- Develop and execute the End‑to‑End Product Performance Qualification and Continuous Process Verification plans.
- Coordinate with Global Supply Chain (GSC) teams on drug substance, drug product, analytical and device technical strategies.
- Provide deep technical expertise to ensure the highest levels of product quality and robustness.
Required profile
- Experienced scientific professional with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy across the molecule lifecycle.
