Mortgage Administrator – Full‑time, Office Based

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our busy advisory team in Beaconsfield. The role is fully office‑based and offers a clear progression path into senior operational or leadership positions within a growing whole‑of‑market mortgage brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisers throughout the end‑to‑end mortgage application process.
• Manage lender correspondence and progress cases to completion.
• Chase lenders, solicitors and clients for outstanding documentation.
• Enter applications directly onto lenders’ portals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and compliant case notes.
• Assist with packaging and submitting mortgage applications.
• Provide excellent client service throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous mortgage administration experience within a brokerage environment.
• Whole‑of‑market experience desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced setting.
• Protection administration experience desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mortgage portal systems.
• Experience using CRM software for case management.
