About the role
Major Estates Financial Services is looking for an enthusiastic Mortgage Administrator to join its team in Harrow. The role works closely with the Mortgage Adviser, handling mortgage applications from submission to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and process mortgage applications in a timely manner, from submission to completion
- Deal with clients and product providers / lenders
- Keep diligent case management, with timely follow-ups and information provision
- Create, maintain and complete files
Required profile
- Experience of mortgage administration
- Personable, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and administration skills, attention to detail, methodical and thorough
- Literate and numerate, good time management, able to prioritise and multi-task
- Able to work under pressure, with initiative, professional, ethical and discreet
Required skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
Salary depends on experience. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week. To apply, send your CV by email to the company.
