Mortgage Adviser (CeMAP Qualified) – North West London

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team in North West London. You will provide whole‑of‑market mortgage advice, guiding clients through buying and remortgaging while ensuring compliance and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage advice in line with FCA requirements.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finds to understand clients’ financial needs and objectives.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a range of lenders.
• Advise on protection products such as life cover, critical illness and income protection.
• Manage mortgage applications from enquiry to completion, liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and stay updated on market and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent Level 3 Mortgage Advice qualification) and proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lending criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline, work to deadlines and handle multiple cases.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail and ethical standards.
