Mortgage Adviser – Cheltenham/Tewkesbury

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Cheltenham, serving the South Coast market. The role offers a steady flow of leads, generous commission splits, and access to both whole‑market and exclusive mortgage products.

Key responsibilities

• Work with introducers across Eastbourne, Brighton, Portsmouth and Poole to generate mortgage and protection business.
• Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage application process, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Utilise compliance and administration support provided by the company.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with lenders and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months proven experience in mortgage and protection advisory.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Ability to work on a whole‑market basis and promote exclusive mortgage products.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.
