Mortgage Adviser / Trainee Equity Release Broker

About the role
Our client is a well‑established national mortgage and equity release brokerage seeking additional support in their Stockton office. The position is open to experienced equity release brokers or mortgage advisers who wish to transition into the equity release sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and equity release advice to clients using supplied leads.
- Deliver tailored financial solutions in line with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on enquiries.
- Collaborate with the office team to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an equity release broker or mortgage adviser.
- Motivation to develop expertise in equity release products.
- Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.

- Permanent employed role with a base salary of around £28,000 per year.
