Mortgage Adviser – Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a market‑leading estate agency in East London. The role offers a steady flow of pre‑booked appointments, full administrative support and the chance to earn uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with estate‑agency teams to maximise referral opportunities.
• Convert booked appointments into successful written business.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Follow up on existing leads and missed opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to completion.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and company procedures.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of meeting mortgage sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000‑£40,000 depending on experience.
• Realistic OTE £50,000‑£100,000 with uncapped commission (15%‑50% of banked income).
