Mortgage Advisor – Flexible Home‑Based Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing mortgage business serving Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region. The role is primarily home‑based, offering flexibility while you build and manage introducer relationships and advise clients on mortgage and protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing introducer relationships to maximise lead flow.
• Develop new partnerships with estate agents and new‑build developers.
• Provide expert advice to clients on a range of mortgage and protection solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.
• Travel locally to meet introducers across Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage advisory experience.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales track record with strong conversion ability.
• Experience working with introducers, estate agents or developers is desirable.
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.

• Self‑employed model with realistic OTE – Year 1 £75,000; Year 2 £100,000‑£200,000.
