About the role

This full‑time Mortgage Advisor position is based in Bexley and offers a flexible hybrid working pattern. You will join a forward‑thinking financial services brokerage that prides itself on sourcing the best mortgage and protection products for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to customers, matching them with suitable products.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage application process, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and partners to secure the best rates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
• Utilise the company’s lead generation sources and administrative support to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 qualification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in mortgage advising or brokerage.
• Highly motivated, professional, and a strong “people person”.
• Ambitious with a drive to exceed targets.

Required skills

• CeMAP certification (levels 1‑3).

What we offer

• Basic salary starting at £29,000.
• Generous commission structure with OTE up to £85,000+.
